WARNING: THIS APP REQUIRES PERMISSION TO ALL FILES ON THE DEVICE YOU ARE USING AND ALL DEVICES CONNECTED TO IT. INCLUDING THE ABILITY TO ADD, MODIFY OR DELETE FILES ON THOSE DEVICES, WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. If you don't grant full and total access and control to your devices, then it's unusable. I've had this app on other devices still in use for a long time and the app on those devices don't require all-access permissions. Very suspect. I'm uninstalling.

Currently, this app has a lot of trouble playing videos when casting on television. There's no audio, so if I want to cast, I have to use another player, but that player can be frustrating with its own problems. I prefer uplayer, but if they can't update to where you can cast movies with audio (hopefully without live conversion), I'm using it a good bit less. Beyond that, I enjoy the app.

After MX player stopped working, this is one of the better all in one player apps. The slide seeking is without live preview (sliding on the time bar is) but very smooth. The playback is also very smooth and supports all formats I have tried. The file explorer is also a as it's not using the default built in system picker. And features like pinch zoom are 💯🔥 What I'm missing: -SMB for playing from my media center -live preview when seeking (when sliding left and right) Not perfect but 5*
