this app is super fun, and very effective. The stretches make me confident that I will get results, and the animated picture/video, along with the guiding voice instructor are very helpful when it comes to ke understanding how to do that stretch. I would definetly recommend this app!

Definitely recommend. I gives you the option if it's too easy, just right, or too hard after your workout. It's usually about 16mins per session and it tells you how many calories you burn after each session. Im at day 3 and absolutely love it. It gives you either animated or real persons to instruct how to do each stretch if ur unsure along with words. It gives u tiny tips as ur doing it and let's u know when ur at the halfway mark and gives you a count down of 3-2-1 when ur at the end

Amazing app for flexibility , really helped me I'm on day 5 and it's very amazing currently , I accidentally deleted it so It's probably on day 1 , but i have already done splits now , it's amazing And Great for flexibility If u want to learn fast , amazing exercises , and I love how I can add extra 20 seconds to My Breaks when I still feel tired , and it asks in the end of the lesson if The level is just right or too hard or too easy , Love this app honestly DEF recommend💕😍
