Nothing works! Endless loadingings, 'nugs experience connection problem' messages, 'not available in your region', etc. Why did I bought the subscription then? Content is very limited also. Casting a video to my device works only for several minutes, audio casting is not working at all. When I try to switch a song everything freezes.

Love the music and content, however the app still doesn't work on my android. Casting to TV works fine with girlfriends iPhone, though still does not work with Android. It says "finding devices..." when trying to cast, and never shows the available TV like it does on the iPhone. All other casting apps on the android show the TV as available, so it's for sure just the nugs app. This seems like such an easy thing to fix, and is being neglected. I will change my review to 5 stars if fixed

Unfortunately, SmartTVs with embedded casting functionality are not the same as standard Chromecast (original or Chromecast with GoogleTV) devices and may not work for our streams. Contact us on help.nugs.net if you continue having problems so we can try to help.

Enshittification!!!! Last update installed (3.42.2) and now I have to be logged in to google to open it. BS!!!!!! I do not use google services and I do not want them monitoring everything I do. Either fix this or my 3 years with ya'll is over. update 3/31: their tech support is less than worthless.

Sorry for the trouble you're having. As part of our effort to fight piracy we recently added Google Play Protect to our app. This is a standard Google security measure used by a variety of Android apps and requires you to be logged into a Google account on your device to access the app. Sorry for the inconvenience.
