Booksy is a convenient and easy-to-use platform for booking appointments. The app is user-friendly, and the notifications/reminders are very helpful. The booking process was mostly smooth, though there was a bit of room for improvement. My biggest issue was with accuracy—some details didn’t match exactly as expected. Overall, it’s a solid service that I’d use again, but a few tweaks could make it even better!

Absolutely Amazing Service! I visit Kissimmee, Florida, from Detroit every two to three months, and I’ve had the pleasure of using her services three times now. Each experience has been nothing short of flawless! Her work on my eyelashes and ombré brows is simply amazing—precise, beautiful, and long-lasting. For the app itself when people leave a review for someone's business. You have to date app there but I need you guys to put the time that it was posted as well and if they changed the. Review, like in the edit button that you guys do have. The time needs to go there too. And don't delete the other one, let it be. Add an additional review and if you don't want to do that. Cause that's too much. Put the times up for both reviews.That way, we can screenshot it, and fix problem w/ merchant!
