Mini TD: Classic Tower Defense

I'm a sucker for tower defence type games. this one is simple and fun, but so far at level 20 I'm only using the first tower. I like it but hope more strategy with the different towers comes into play. It's a good casual game with simplistic design that lets the game be the game without hectic or draining visuals. placement of ads are nice, when you pause or end a game, and they aren't too long.

Very simple but solid, lives up to the name. I'm normally not fond of games asking me to review them early, but this one gave me enough time to get a feel for the game before doing so and I've genuinely enjoyed my time so far. Seems well balanced, but with little strategic variance and the sniper tower has very rarely felt worth the steep cost, requiring risky frugal play for not much better results than buying towers the whole time, while any free starting ones just make things really easy.

You'll think this is too easy at first, but the real game comes later when you want to unlock the final levels so have to go back and beat levels with higher lives to gain more stars. I'm 5 stars short of the final level at present and its a real challenge. Nice game, will play number two once I've beaten all of the levels. Any tips to get 2 or 3 stars on level 38 haha
