This is the best exercising app I've done so far it does not ask for you to pay I just do not like the ads you receive after completing an exercise but other than that, the exercises are easy to understand and, best of all, free and you can do at home!

I don't know if I'm losing weight yet I am at stage 2 but I do this in the morning and it really stretches your body and at night help you relax and it as a student I can tell you it's great if you have long classes and just want to stretch at night or be able yo wake up in the morning. Hope this helps🤍
