It's really nice app with a good idea behind. I've finished my first monthly challenge and it was fun, I've even never missed a day! :) However, the app is far from perfect: 1) the difficulty increases dramatically within a month (you must be able to hold 2 minutes in a simple plank besides (!) other exercises on a beginner level at the end of the month; 2) I haven't found, where to pay for the ads-free version - ads are extremely annoying :(

Quite controversial app. While it has great simple functionality, it offers you pretty weird workout plan. I've chosen the Intermediate one, and it is supposed that on Day 1 you do plank 2 times for 30s each, and on Day 15 you somehow should do plank 2 times for 100s each. And you also have to do harder variances. Maybe something's wrong with me, but I just can't improve that fast. And if you select "Too hard" it says you can repeat previous day instead of adjusting further workout days. Weird.

Thank you for your feedback. If you think an action takes too long, you can go to Plan->click on the long action->Duration->SAVE. At the same time, we will work hard to make the intensity progression more gradual to provide you with a better experience.

All in all the app itself is very good: well structured, with the possibility to track small personal victories and nice voice which is very important when you struggle your last seconds. But the exercises themselves! Your beginners level is for those beginners who used to be very fit and now want to get back to perfect form. And no customization for those who can't improve as quickly as you propose. In the end all I feel is irritation and dissatisfaction. So good bye.
