Please stop lying about the character customization. Literally all that is present are different face options and different clothing options ZERO CUSTOMIZATION. If you want a certain player base just make your character creation better and actually worth something yk. My only complaint about gameplay is I think I'd like for the quest markers to either be bigger or maybe add a map that tracks the quest so I don't have to click the quest itself to figure out where I am going.

It's cute. It's fun, I guess, for now. I think it's pretty hilarious that I have heard 4 different voice actors for 1 dialog character, LOL. There is definitely a lot of lag. It cuts out dialog, and half the time, I notice that the music over dubs the voice audio. I hate that I keep getting stuck in what's called creating a friend's list setting. I don't want to do that. I just want to play the story line. There are way too many things going on at once. I don't want to join or creat a Guild.

While the gameplay is entertaining, there are frequent bugs, like falling thru platforms after entering an instance or being auto directed off the map instead at the target enemies and stuck falling. Those are to be expected with a new game. However, the customer service department is trash. They take too long to respond & when a bug affecting the account occurs, in regards to gold, bound gold or points earned in game, they rely on the system record instead of what is reported, with screenshots
