Somewhat useful but missing key features: -To see location, you're moved into maps with no pin or business name, hard to check ease of journey -Would be v useful if one could switch between map/list view -Cannot delete applications or messages -Cannot see host name until after applying -To apply you must answer specific to host's description - but you can't see it. Either need to screenshot, take notes, or use laptop where you can have multiple tabs

Not what it used to be. This platform costs money to use, which I understand. But so many of the hosts charge money as well. Some of them want a significant amount. For some of these costs, you could take private excursions to do the same thing. This is no longer a way to exchange your time and work for room and board.

Hey Heidi! You don’t need to pay to create an account, view positions, or access content. Fees help us verify hosts and improve the platform! Most hosts don’t, but some may charge a small fee for meals, accommodation, or help. Always check before applying! We appreciate your feedback and regret your dissatisfaction<3

This is just a waste of time and money. I wanted to get a refund as I couldn't find any volunteering opportunities. They told me to just cancle my plan, as I did. Now they are saying that because 1 host instead of straight up ghosting me, said that it wasn't a match, it means I used their services and cannot get a refund. I feel scammed. I paid for a full year, and now after I cancled my plan (as they told me to), I cant even access the platform anymore, nor did I got a refund
