I really like the game, and have worked through 50+ scenarios. However, the game has stopped working. It will no longer launch. 😪 I cannot get to the Settings, as suggested by the developer, because the app won't launch. And I have already written to the "help line" - twice! Make that 4 times, without even an acknowledgment of receipt! Months have passed, with no response to any of my emails. Game still won't launch, so I have to delete it. Too bad!

Dear Roth, we're truly sorry. To help resolve it, please try clearing the cache of the Tile Family app or uninstalling and reinstalling it. After launching the app again, a “progress conflict” pop-up should appear—please tap the “sync” button and check if it has been restored. If you have more problems, please email us at tile.support@playflux.co.

The game was easy, and then it got challenging with every level. It can take a while to get even 1 point, and there are some issues. When you're forced to watch an ad to get more space or coins, and you watch the ad, then you X out of the ad, it usually goes right back to the beginning of the game and you lose your progress for that particular level. Plus, the ads for Temu are obnoxious, and when you try to X out, it takes you right to their site, and again, you lose your progress. Still fun!

I spend alot of money on this game and I'm really frustrated that when I get back on it all the things I paid for are no longer there. this is the second time! $20 package. I had 6 credits on each thing to use when I get stuck then when I close out the game and get back on a few hours later I am seeing the + sign so my stuff is gone!!!! I won't pay anymore and will probably end up deleting the game smh!
