I sold 2 tickets. I've started receiving e-mails to verify my address to get my money. I've been trying to verify it for 5 days, but every time the uploaded documents were rejected. Then the new message started to appear, that I have tryed too many times and to contact the ST. It is not possible to contact them in any way. The number given for Whatsapp is not connected to Whatsapp, the mail is not in use anymore. UPDATE I cant contact the ST and to verify the address yet, but I got my money.

lack of support in those tickets where you have to transfer instead of having a pdf. Also, the UI is too messy, and it glitches a lot of times. Sometimes it works, some others it doesn't. 4 out of 10 times it works 100%. I'm lowering my review from 3 stars to 2 stars. I'm still using this app uniquely because there's no alternative that I'm aware of.

Sold a ticket, it was used on March 11, but still no payment! I provided my address multiple times, submitted my bank details, yet they keep asking for the same info. Their app won’t save my address, and support is useless – no replies, just automated emails. I even called their support, but no one answers. If you plan to sell a ticket, DO NOT use TicketSwap!
