Overdrive II is a hack and slash platformer shadow fighting game with a sci-fi theme and a futuristic story-line.
Overdrive II tells a story of the world 100 years after the Apocalypse. The Fall does not put an end to humankind, but make them stronger than ever. Robots and cyborgs are in support of humans until the rise of a dark corrupted AI, which builds its own army of robots to take over the whole world from mankind. There goes the endless shadow battle between the robotic army and a shadow legion of human ninja warriors who swear to defense their people and this world.
The world stands on the edge of an epic war. The mighty force that the Gates of Shadows released many years ago is now an ordinary power source. This shadow energy is both a tool and a weapon, but not everyone wants to keep it this way.

Played for 10 hours so far. 1 ad every third time I start a battle, but I can just disable the wi-fi connection. Got into the unity debug console by accident. Hello developers. I like very much your work. In the debug window there are stencil no draw bugs/errors. Like 67 of them, 11 warnings and some other info. I do not know more info than the PC name this game was created on, and the unity version. Uh, the female character is very charming. Is there any update where she will be included? Bye👍

I was really excited to find out that there is a sequel to a game that I pretty much enjoyed, sadly I can still see some glaring issues. Though the character's movements felt smooth, the enemies felt stiff. The levels end abruptly, while the first had an actual end goal, the move sets are too dull and the jump and attack move was a way too OP, the jumping felt too high, and the dash felt like nothing. I do still see potential in this game. Maybe an update in the near future will help the game.

It's great overall, but... the costumes and gears are so expensive. I mean very expensive!! It's like 10 times of the supposed price. Not like I'm going to use my real money and buy a single costume there, but if you're going lower the price by a lot, I mean a LOT, then maybe I can change my mind. Having ignored that, I have rated this a 5-star for the gameplay.
