Out of the last 5 times I've tried to use the app, I've been successful once. It closes for no reason, I can't get signed in, I'm constantly having to "clear caches" to get the most basic information on accounts, navigation does not make sense - I've actually started putting paragraphs of customer information into my contact notes on my phone just to make sure I have what I need when I need it. Maybe I should just use that as my CRM!

Every day I start my workday by restarting the app, re-granting it permissions, restarting my phone, and then closing it and opening it 20-50 times trying to clock in. I have no idea how an app this barely functional can possibly exist

To put it easy, Browser Salesforce is really intuitive and easy to navigate and as consistent as it can be. However, the mobile app has to be made by an entire different company because it's the complete opposite, you can't convince me it's the same team, why can't I stay logged in, why should I even log each time, it's my phone let it just remember me, why should I be forced to use org's credentials instead of forcing mobile view on hands-on where I can log to multiple orgs from the same login
