I really like the Realme Store app — it's user-friendly and offers great deals. However, I noticed that Pakistan is not currently supported. Realme has a huge fan base here, and many users would love to shop directly through the official app. Please consider adding Pakistan to the supported countries. It would be a great step towards improving the customer experience for Pakistani users. Looking forward to your positive response!

I ordered realme p3 pro with an exchange of my realme 9 4g. the product came to my nearest hub then after few hours it shown that the product going return due to shipper's request. now today they are states that due to exchange issue the order become cancle. If you dont want to exchange products then why you gives option for exchange. So much worst experiance with realme

worst experience, I opted for pickup and drop service, after pickup they lost my mobile and didn't give any updates, neither customer care nor customer service taking responsibility, after 2 months they said they lost my mobile and said they will give an r-pass through which I can purchase another mobile. still processing haven't received any r pass yet
