The Android version is beyond useless!! When it comes to trying to Pre-book lounges, 90% of the time the lounge in question may not even show as being able to pre-book even though it is. You have to go backwards and forwards within their lounge search page, in the hope that it might just pick up the correct tab to include a pre-booking button when loading the page. Mostly...... I called up their service center to ask them for their advice and they had to admit that they couldn't pre-book either

Very buggy, takes a long time to load, very un intuitive interface and every time I open the app it tells me my information is out of date and prompts me to update. When I try, it just spins and spins until I shut it down and start over again. It's just a very mediocre app. It's very clear not much effort was put into its creation or maintenance.

The app works well, but the underlying programme has problems. Either you have to pay an extra fee in advance to reserve access to a lounge, or you get turned away because the lounges have too many other users. I've often been unable to use my PP membership (and once could not even pre-pay an extra advance fee to ensure access !)
