Simply the worst booking experience ever. I tried to book a flight with miles, and the miles required at the checkout page is ALWAYS higher than the number listed in the search. This is simply bait-and-switch for people who transfer points to their miles. There are also issues with their digital experience -- login keeps failing and needs page refresh; webpage can't be backtracked otherwise the site would crash; a tier-1 link on their website menu "conscious choice" leads to missing page.

First time using the app as we are travelling on the holiday of a lifetime and it's not good. I thought a famous airline would have a good app but it's terrible. Confusing trying to book extras and worse trying to update your details. Got numerous prompts to enter a code that would be sent to my email but the code never arrives. very disappointing.

Quite a useless app. I made the booking two weeks back and it doesn't reflect on the app. What is the point of this app then, if I cannot access my booking easily? Edit: 2025 - If there's an option of 0 stars, id happily give it 0. Etihad is losing credibility over its ticketing as well as travel experience. Really poor app. This time, tried booking a flight - all payment options were down and then suddenly the price of the ticket shoots up by 200+ AED.
