I just starting playing a day ago, stories seemed nice, then came the 1 free Diamond a DAY! No ads to help with the expensive premium choices every now and then, why? It's a shame to see other players negative revues on the same issue, yet your team basically reply with a solution thats actually the problem, 1 DIAMOND A DAY for choices costing +-17 diamonds, seems like your "relevant" team aren't to keen on receiving negative feedback since 2023. What a way to lose supportive players.

Okay, so I love the story, the photos, everything was great for the first day. Now, every. Single. Time... I try to use the ad to unlock an option. It makes me watch 3, then not work.. I signed in to get the 20 free gems, and it was briefly there for about 5 seconds.. Would rate this a 4/5 because I like the option to get my choice through an ad. It's much better than other apps I've seen, but now this is ridiculous..

Some of my conversations when I click on them they are empty and it freezes and kicks me out. Or will even show a different conversation from what I clicked on but will still be empty and freeze. Please fix. I really like the game. I have sent two different messages through the app like they asked me to below and they still haven't fixed the issue or responded back to me.
