Works well, but the app icon disappeared... I can go to my setting for the app and open there or open and enter via the Play Store. But I don't have an actually app icon that I can place on my home screen... kind of annoying. This is even after reinstalling, and I even bought a newer phone (latest ultra so far)

App not secure. Even with Screen Privacy enabled, Google displays the codes freely to anyone that launches the app without requiring sign in. It is true that they do hide the codes one second later, until you authenticate ... but that is a too late and totally undermines the security of Authenticator. It is disappointing that this issue has been unresolved for soooo long now.

They just rolled out an update that desynced the rsa clock, so it's putting out codes that expire 15 seconds later, meaning half the time the app isn't even showing me a valid code. Despite my phone clock being perfectly synced with utc. Simultaneously it would appear the app also used to have a setting to trigger a time sync, because all the help in the help section for "my codes aren't working" talks about triggering a time sync. But, they removed that option from the settings. Nice...
