At this point I still have this app because I paid for it. It's ridiculous!!! Half of my plants are not in the database. 9/10 times I use Google lenes to ID my plants. Half of the plants has no care guide, very frustrating. Then sometimes only half of your garden is displayed even though they are your own pictures. The worst part is you can not add a plant to your journal of its not in the database. This app is not user efficient and needs a LOT of work. Not ready for a paid subscription!!

On March 29 I bought this application and instantly regretted it. For example the Ai Flora that is supposed to teach about the flowers is never worked. I instantly asked in the same day for a refund and they never did. It's not worth this application because it doesn't have no other feature in plus with the payment. I am asking again for a refund because nobody answered my request.

This app will eventually identify most plants. I had the premium service and could not find any instructions on how to move a snapped image to my garden list. I cancelled the subscription. It is very apparent from looking at their website that whoever the developers or owners are of this app, they are not actively working the app. I'm not going to spend all my time to load info on my plants without adequate support.
