Let's try this again to get someone's attention. You told me to reach out to customer service which I have in the past and NEVER HEARD BACK. Reinstalled this game and my phone numerous times and it still says " Reconnect to your internet and try again ". Even if I never contacted customer service before I still wouldn't be able to due to the message popping up and goes back to loading the game with the same message over and over. I have over 200,000 plus lightning bolts and can't use them

This game is a piece of trash it's always stealing spins and bringing me back to the same score I had. I believe that there are some scammers in this game who want your credit card by buying things that they have on here to get your bank information look out for that before you think about spending any money on this stuff because it's coming off of Facebook. I rated 0001 to this game It a suck dog.

10 forced pop ups you have to click away before you can even play the game everytime you log in is ridiculous. The game play itself is slow. The whole point of the game is to spin but they make it a bit hard when you rarely land on anything to progress further. The higher you bet, the harder they make it. The prizes they give out are underwhelming. I play a few games like this and have done so for years and this one in particular is the most boring. Even the events put you to sleep. Uninstalling
