Farfetch is a fantastic platform for luxury shopping! The selection is impressive, featuring a wide range of designers and unique pieces. The website is easy to navigate, and my orders arrived promptly and well-packaged. My only minor complaint is that some items can be pricey, but the quality is usually worth it. Overall, a great experience for fashion lovers!

Whenever I view an item the image is off the bottom of the screen, as I scroll it up the detail scrolls up with it so I never see it properly. If I click on it, it doesn't show anything. on Android using latest Honor Fold V3

Worst customer service. I had to return a product that was delivered to me in a bad shape, and once they have received the item, they sent me an email that the box was empty and till now not received my money back, although it was well wrapped and the shipment was through UPS and DHL.
