App is good (kudos to the IT team) but the service in general is horrible. Checkins from the app will always fail and they change the email address that is sent to the airline for booking (they use randomly generated emails), so you cannot do online checkins on the airlines website. Calls to the support desk are either not answered or disconnected abruptly. Avoid it unless you really really need to save a few extra dollars. The headache is not worth it.

I booked a ticket through their platform with luggage included. Due to an error in their system the luggage was not added for one of the flights. They refunded me for 1% of the ticket price. After wasting hours with their support they told me that if I want the luggage I need to pay the full ticket price again for that flight and closed the chat. Don't use them if you value your money and time

I was trying to cancel my trip. I had to wait up to two hours for am agent. there is no option to cancel the tickets direct. I had to be redirected with the agent and after two hours she informed me about the policy of cancellation. But still no availability for cancellations. Darling no need to know the policy. it's there on your site. I need just to cancel my trip
