Your subscription will automatically renew if you do not cancel it via the Play Store at least 24 hours before its end.

free version is very bare bones. No workouts preloaded, you have be build from scratch every time. You can't just load up a quick workout and go unless you pay for premium. Which is less than 7 a month, but still disappointing that the app has very little compared to other free versions out there. Good potential behind the pay wall though.

literally all I need. free or paid, free has a workout planner where you can see exercises, how to do them, look them up in a search by muscle group you want to work out, all the muscle groups each workout group does. workout planner is awesome as well. whoever made this, knew exactly what this needs and ignored the pointless extras. the paid version seems to be better if you need help planning or meeting certain goals. that's speculation, I use the free version. this app is great

Fantastic App. Hundreds of exercises with pictures and descriptions so you can build a customizable workout. Would like to be able to run more than one customizable plan concurrently so I can alternate plans depending on the day (push/pull split, etc) - I didn't see this as an option but may have overlooked it.

What’s new

• You can now change your gym via the profile and the exercise database.
• This combines the old gym profiles and weight options and gives more flexibility to those training at multiple gyms.
• Via "Gym > Weights" you can now set your weight type to "Bar and plates", in addition to "Ranges". You can then enter your bar weight as well as what type and quantity of plates you have.
• When using "Bar and plates" the new plate calculator will be shown when entering a weight during your workouts.
