I can't create an account in the app because I keep getting a "technical error" message when I input my email address. I've tried 2 different addresses and checked they are correct with no spaces etc, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Doesn't work.

so far, find the app quite buggy, tried making changes, but have to donit several times before it acknowledges them, had to scan by passport several times, but there was no continue button, so it would use the scanned information. used the email confirmation function and the pdfs that it emailed didnt have the amended seat numbers I entered, despite the app saying the seats are changed. much better airline apps out there.

super glitchy. Randomly drops your flights. No warnings if your booking isn't finalized. Buttons only work sporadically. Not a lot of choice if you need to fly and have a mobile boarding pass. Be prepared to have a headache using this.
