Great App with detailed Profile information but needs a very important update! When selecting "Professional" as the travel reason the App should automatically take the Work Address for booking and invoice purposes! Instead it takes the Personal address and it takes almost an hour for the Front Office to carry over the Work Address from the profile for invoice purposes

While the app looks good enough with smooth transitions, there are some functions that just dont work. for example, when I try to activate some member offer I see a "Technical error" message (but some other offers can still be activated). Also, although the app has an option to add an accor group hotel booking made from another third party website, it doesn't ever seem to work

The inability to modify a reservation made in the app is infuriating. The hotels themselves are fine. not going to send additional info. this is not a bug. it's a fundamental inability. look at any reservation in the test environment and see if it allows 'modify'. it wont. cancel or leave as is are the only choices. this can only be by design.
