used this app for two weeks or so. overall it's not that bad and the learning path about procrastination actually turned out to be informative but.... 1. rescue sessions are mostly trash. i haven't tried all of them but mostly they don't work for me, they only irritate me and make it worse. 2. a very messy UI, you can't find what you're looking for, the app is way too colorful (a more uniformed color scheme would be a lot better) and i found some design inconsistencies (element sizes and colors). like, c'mon, do you even have a style guide? 3. the in-built mood tracker is useless. people with mood swings (bipolar disorder or bpd) literally have no reason to use a mood tracker that allows you to make on check-in per day. why can't you guys add at least 2 or 3 check-ins a day with push notifications?

Great so far. Life moves so fast and sometimes it's necessary to stop and look around and try to make sense of everything. This app is an amazing way to do it. It's very personalized. It doesn't tell you only dry "self help" stuff but pushes you to think and discover and change YOUR core problems. Thanks ! Very helpful journey. Many topics relevant to every human being. Try it every day after work. It's life-changing.

The app is really nice. There are some things that could be improved tho. 1) the mood tracker isn't customizable now. An opportunity to add more events that affect your mood would be greatly appreciated. 2) audio mode doesn't work during sessions, only text mode is Available. Idk what's the problem here 3) add more breathing and grounding techniques Overall the app is useful, thanks!
