Update three years later-January 2025. This little app and meditation still remain the center of my life and my grounding. Meditation, and specifically Lojong meditation with it's focus on compassion, (to ourselves and beings everywhere) has changed my life. I've done lots of yoga, lots of readings, but the simplicity and accessability of the philosophies embedded in this app are the gold here. You will find peace, stability, strength, courage and joy with these teachings if you do the work.

I'm a long time meditator, but needed this guidance. Not only am I learning new techniques and more about lojong, but I've been feeling much less stressed and present. This is great app for anyone!

I would give this app five stars except for the fact that when I downloaded it to my new phone and signed in it will not recognize that I purchased the premium plan. So this is now functionally useless and since no one responds the messages, I don't know what to do.
