The main issue is - sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. For last two days didn't receive any notifications, but turns out got 4 messages. If the app can't tell me that I have messages - there is no point to evaluate the rest of the apps functionality. Sometimes it gives notification, but the app simply doesn't load, then I need to go to my pc. But at least it notofied me that I have a message.

Shopify itself has stopped all support for customers. It's just a support page and a chat bot. If you ever have any issues with the account or app, you will never be able to resolve it. Never seen such bad support in any software or app.

The app stopped working. I am not getting messages from my customers to the point where a customer opened a chargeback because they thought that I ghosted them when the reality is that I didn't get their messages.
