Like many others I've also been getting system error messages even with the new app from their website. A possible workaround is I initiated a VPN before signing in and it seemed to work. So anyone having a spinning wheel then system error message at login try setting up a VPN before signing in as it helped me. Hope this is resolved soon as it's very annoying

Kindly try the below troubleshooting steps:
1 Log out the account and clear cache for your mobile app/Browser/Safari.
2 Make sure the apps are updated to the latest version 4.9.8, you may download here : https://okmobiledev.github.io/download/okex/
3 You may access our website by using the Windows version (Desktop/Laptop) to log in your account.

I am trying to withdraw my USDT from OKX through the P2P selling option; however, I am encountering an issue during the process. Specifically, I am unable to add my bank account as I am not receiving the mobile verification code required to complete the setup. This is preventing me from proceeding with the transaction. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to resolve this issue so I can successfully withdraw my funds.

Great App Great support, I have reached them many times and they solved my issues perfectly without any issues as long as you have what they ask for. I give 4 stars only because of the fees that is resulting from buying selling crypto and its a bit high.
