As far as I can tell, this app is a web wrapper with no CDN nodes outside Korea. This makes every tap take several seconds to load, regardless of your connection speed, which makes navigating the app a real pain. Also, livestream VODs disappear after 48 hours, which I think is really bad considering POP is a paid service. Storage and bandwidth for compressed 1080p video can't be that expensive, surely. On a positive note, the app looks nice.

For those who cannot log in, take a look one more time. Ur account is specified for each membership. U will see ur idol icon on the home page, click that icon and u will connect to ur account. If you choose b stage icon, ur account is not registered there, that's why u cannot log in. I just found out after several checkings.

Still laggy. Translation is still bad & may cause misunderstanding. No option to change credit cards despite the fact that credit/debit cards have expiration. Customer service don't respond to concerns & inquiries.
