Lost all levels over 1700 I'm sick after update. I've played this game over yrs. Had to reinstall back w level 1 and it is wanting to disappear while getting on level 2 I'm just literally sick

Hi, I replied to your email. I’m not sure why you lost your progress, but the good news is that it’s saved in the cloud! Since you’ve been playing with your Google Play account, please check if you’re still logged in. It’s possible the game logged you out or you may have switched accounts.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. What you describe is not something we'd like our players to experience. We will look into this issue and hopefully new updates will improve situation (one update is coming out today with improvements regarding ads, but we're not sure yet if it solves this issue).
