GARBAGE. Don't use this app. Huge bug in how it scores, and they don't seem interested in fixing it. Try the A-Star Software Hearts app instead. Update: Just checked, and the huge scoring bug is still there. Clearly they don't give a damn about their users.

I was able to Shoot the Moon and was scored as 26. This game was clearly designed by people who had never played Hearts. I'll be looking for a better version after I uninstall this one.

Not great. For something bogged down with ads, it plays like a $1.99 one time purchase Android app from 10 years ago. The subscription prices are insane. I am opted out of personalized ads everywhere, but the non-personalized ads it serves are often inappropriate. I'm not sure why I would pay $30 a year for a clunky hearts clone. I guess if I really feel compelled to play hearts, I'll fire up the old Windows XP netbook and play for free.
