This is a scammer organisation. I bought a three day pass in Florence through this app. I came to the designated place indicated in the ticket and turned out that my ticket was invalid. I was in contact with the support team who refused to return money. As such, this is the worst company possible to use in order to organise your vacation. Don't trust them and do not buy any tickets.

Worst experience when booking the ticket. Absolutely no help in checking and help to cancel the ticket when the Sistine Chapel is close on Conclave day and they keep saying that it's not closed and refuse to help cancelling the ticket even though the only thing I'm interested is closed for my booking day.

Scam application. please don't download this application and don't use their website to purchase anything. They have the worst customer service, they sell museum tickets 4 times higher price than actual price. I couldn't receive 481 euros I spent to purchase for the tour that I never received. They didn't rebook our tour and didn't refund the money. They never return/refund the money if force major happens. Please read all reviews from other customers before you purchase something.
