I've played a Similarly styled game galled Tower of Winter. This hits all the right spots of "spontaneous" organic story telling and "Building from the ground up" in every adventure. Keep in mind, you will die many times, but a "Fate" type system ensures that repeated runs ensure long term "growth" even after numerous runs.

There is barely a story, it focuses on action and battles have no buildup, and the strategy is limited. Prices are very expensive for my region, it's not worth the money spent or the time watching minute long ads. The nail in the coffin for me was long ads for revival and refresh options, which are core aspects of the gameplay. Having to sift through so many 60 second ads is a killjoy, it feels like I'm being pressed into paying for a feature that should've been free.

While this game is very fun with interesting plots, it's incredibly glitchy as it stands. It doesn't connect consistently to the servers to save information, crashes seemingly at random during runs, and there doesn't seem to be any way to actually earn gems aside from buying them, so if you're not spending money you might only have one character to play as. Potential is there but needs work.
