Update 24 Apr 25: The app seems to be going through an update with its functionality seriously hampered. The lack of communication and complete lack of concern for the issues this is causing to people trying to book and use facilities in the meantime is remarkably bad.

any screen can take ages to load. the maximum number of characters allowed when raising a request is so small you can barely explain the request. and there s no section where you can check all the requests previously raised. not to mention that almost nothing ever gets fixed, the requests just get "resolved" after one phone call.

Honestly no one gives Feedback on this? It there no beta testing? Does the programmer even try to use his app?. There is no field that asked for password when creating acc and now the app is expecting me to type in my password which never existed in first place? Like what kinda logic is that? The goal of this app is to smoothehn and stream line and process of managing property. If it ain't beginners friendly and have tons of issues with login and setting up, who's going to use this app
