Catch22 problem. Get this sorted, please. It will not open at all. An onscreen message tells me this app is no longer supported and to update it via the App Store! I updated it, and it still shows the same message. Sort it out, and I'll improve your rating. I've used the official app ever since you put the first one out years ago. I never ever had an issue until now. Phone in use: Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus 5G (SM-S918B/DS)

Somehow when I renewed my membership I now have a second profile (obviously a bug). I cannot switch to this profile in the drop down in the app because doing so causes the app to crash, so that means I literally cannot access my tickets. As a software engineer, I can tell this is very poor quality engineering, invest some time effort and money into simplifying this mess of a system and then you won't have so many bugs.
