There's one thing to know about this app - it's nowhere near "free" and "now" is absolutely irrelevant. There's no support to contact (I don't take the ticketing system into account because that's a ridiculous registration wall), spam after the registration is guaranteed (they sent me 4 different emails between the moment I installed the app and booked my first ride), the cost quote is random (in my case it said £16-22, ended up costing me £30), the vouchers are just a scam. Uninstalling.

couldn't recommend this taxi service less. it is never able to connect me with drivers, average waiting times of anywhere between 20 and 30 minutes, the time estimates that the app gives are ALWAYS at least 5-7 times lower than you actually end up waiting. And please mind that it is not a single time occurrence for me, but a !CONSTANT! experience. would never use Freenow if it hasn't been my corporate taxi (unfortunately:()

Terrible experience. Hidden fees. Expensive. We tried multiple times to order a cheaper taxi option and for an awfully long time it would say it is searching for one while promoting a way more expensive option. We had to wait for the app to find a driver for over 2 minutes and what it fails to disclose clearly is they start charging you for waiting after those 2 minutes. So they're basically charging you for their own incompetence. Incredibly greedy. Will not recommend.
