Flixbus is good, but the app needs improvement. in particular, I want to be able to download the address and a map of the bus station location. it's infuriating when I lose internet connection and no info is available. Also, during the journey, the intermediate stops are shown. One for Nice Vauban came up, but when I asked the driver, he said no, the only stop was at the airport.

I almost missed my bus because the bus station address on the app was wrong! I simply copied the address by clicking on the copy icon, and pasted it into a taxi app as my drop-off location. Turns out there was no bus station there, and the actual bus station was 25 min of walk away. I made it in time, but when you are in a new country, in a city you don't know and you rely on info provided by the app, mistakes like this are unacceptable!

The app works OK aside from the fact that I can't complete the process to adjust my booking at all, it just gives me a blank screen after putting my bank details for seat changes etc. One other thing I think is missing is the ability to provide feedback on the particular trip you have taken.
