The worst customer service ever! I tried to contact the customer care center for order cancellation not they don't even reply anything. ALSO the shop owner are sometimes rude and they don't even tell little information on their products!

I ordered a Shaquille O'Neal Jersey from this website. I have already paid the money and it said it will arrive in 1 month. Now it's been 3 months and it still hasn't arrive yet. I checked my history of what I had in my cart. It said there was nothing I had in my cart and it was like I never ordered that jersey. If you don't want to make the same mistake as me, I recommend you should not use this app. They also didn't give me a refund. I used Kpay Myanmar money which I paid it with.

It was used to be a good app for shopping. Later, during these days, poor management and so many delay in delivery time disappointed me. They can't manage demand but accept order. After I ordered items by using voucher, it was out of stock even it was available a day before delivery time. The voucher was waste. And the worst is they didn't even let me know about that they have cancelled my order from their side.
