I booked - and paid for - adjoining seats for my wife and I for a Vueling flight to Barcelona. Unfortunately, Vueling kept moving my seats after booking, so we weren't sitting next to each other. I paid a second time for the seats I initially booked, but Vueling moved them again. This resulted in an extra hour in a queue for a check-in booth, for the attendant to change them back again. Worse of all, the experience was broadly mirrored for the journey home. I wouldn't fly with Vueling.

My problem was that i was at the airport check-in gate and needed my boarding pass. There was no or little reception, could not log in. Finally i managed to log in but 'rate app' came up when i was in panic and couldn't even test the app. Boarding pass was hidden. To improve i think boarding pass should come up automatically and be on top on home screen not hidden somwhere, it was quite stressful. Next time i will do a screenshot, that is the best way.

The app is getting better all the time and I would give it 5 stars if it didn't re-initiate every time I shift the screen to another app. It's especially annoying when I have to type in my document numbers, that I have stored elsewhere on the phone. PS. why doesn't it take the document numbers from the saved info in my profile?
