Parts of the app simply don't work. I wasn't able to get my invoice at all at first only until more than a month later. Now I'm unable to end the rent They point you to their support. The support is an AI chat ot that points you back to the part of the app that just gives out error messages. (It's not that hard to buy a better AI chatbot.) After answering useles questions of a chatbot, the request is finally seen by a human and the usual response times are quite slow and in my case unhelpful.

- App doesn't work sometimes, it just shows a white screen. - Wish list doesnt work, it's always emtpy. - Main page has direct links to two useless menus (card and wish list) but I have to click twice to get to my rentals!? Very poor choice of layers. - App is "still" very slow for what it does... PS. I love Grover and I'll keep renting, but this buggy App really needs to improve!

Never again. The app and website are a nightmare. Service could be better. I ordered a Quest 2 in August 2022. First one was broken and after back and forth /w CS I asked them to cancel the contract because I was already tired of their service and wanted to buy a new one off Amazon. They sent a replacement. Between then and now I took an offer to change the plan, but whenever I looked into my profile I couldn't tell for how much longer I have to pay the monthly fee to finally buy the damn thing.
