The game itself is a good visual novel, which is the only reason I gave it more than one star. Solid story and art. However, the monetization is an absolute nightmare. The good choices require gems which means watching an excessive amount of ads or roughly $3 per choice. In the end it's 90% ads to 10% game, or a way overpriced VN. The devs clearly don't respect their players' time. I will not be playing any other games from them again unless they change their marketing strategy.

The game has so much potential if it wasn't PLAGUED by microtransactions. The storyline is simple and easily likable. I only got to the 2 chapters in the nurses office before giving up because I couldn't pick the choice I wanted without having to buy rubies, which is one of the in-game currencies. Honestly, if I could just pay for the game straight out or if they told you; you needed X amount of rubies you had to buy to play the game with you making any choice you wanted, that would've saved it.

Love the art and characters. One thing, wouldn't it make much more sense to give us unlimited optional ads rather than the stupid slot machine? That way, we don't waste huge amounts of time to get barely anything (should be clear, the ad reward rate should stay the same, or at least near the same amount) AND you'd get revenue from our time. I really don't understand it. Then again, I don't know anything about this, maybe it's much more complicated than I'm making it out to be.
