good, but could be great. there's no point in having a levelling system if it does nothing to the overall power or survivability of a character. the way you have to rely entirely on luck in order to win is arbitrary, the only way to reliably defeat the toughest bosses is by having loads of followers and having Share Machine, and the best way to have that is by getting lucky with the summon plants. Ginzo is the only character worth using because of his sword dash ability, AoE upgrades, and speed.

Great little rogue like beat em up for mobile. Plays like Binding of Isaac x Double Dragon, offers a lot for free and even more for minimal micro transactions. I especially enjoy the variety of enemy types and their creative designs. Overall you can tell this game was made with love and it stands head and shoulders above most mobile games as a result.

Awesome game. Thanks for not permalocking characters behind a paywall - fragments can make for a cool gradual experience. This game is pretty easy, requiering you to know how to dodge and when to strike, although going from first to second character seems like a major stepdown in power. I mean it is supposed to be a stepdown - but samurai's blocking ability is super clanky with all the AI doing whatever it wants, plus the first ability is too long for faster rooms. Play it.
