Finally got the lock installed and app connected, but the app is very flakey. 70% of the time, it displays operation failed, even when I'm standing right next to the lock and brand new batteries installed. It's also not possible to tell if the door is locked or unlocked from the app. It's a pretty clunk app. The method to Unlock/lock the door hasn't been well thought out.

hello, you should wait for 59 seconds to get another verification code. The code is valid for 10 minutes, not 59 seconds.

The app works fine...I have multiple door locks and all work just fine as long as I use an accessory Bluetooth/wifi hub is used. other than that all RFID, passcode, watches, fingerprint work as specified. I had an issue with my second lock after a couple of months and talked with customer service and they sent me a replacement and RMA and shipping label to return the original. btw, the padlocks on my outside sheds work great too!

9/10 times, app fails to connect to the lock. I don't know if the lock or app is at fault. The lock/app has so many issues. The handle is very loose & feels like it's going to break. Even if wiped dry if there's any moisture in the air the fingerprint doesn't work. The app unlock is hit and miss. The surface has deteriorated quickly & looks shabby. The lock volume changed to maximum volume on it's own but it still set to lowest in the app so had to switch it off entirely. I don't recommend
