For a £2k device containing advanced technology, this app is shockingly basic—feels like it was made by a child. It does almost nothing beyond volume control. Battery levels are wildly inaccurate, jumping from 100% to 40% to 50% randomly. Oticon makes millions, yet this is the best they offer? Disappointing and pointless. Not worth installing.

Edit: I am adding 2 stars in response to the Jan 2025 update. The app now has many fewer bluetooth disconnects with the update. Previously the app disconnect frequently throughout the day. The app now remains connected all days, most days. Occasionally I still need to restart the app, but this now is rarely needed. Thank you development team for this much needed improvement.

First time I've downloaded this app since having hearing aids fitted 10 days ago. For the first couple of days it worked really well but the app soon started to get annoying. Firstly it continually lost connection with my hearing aids then I noticed that I needed to charge my phone more frequently, even though I had altered the settings on my phone to limit the app draining the battery. Sadly I'm going to have to uninstall this app, as it's become more trouble than it's worth, shame really.
