Never using it again, I was charged cash and the app is still requesting me to pay via card. Worst part? When I try to open a request the help centre won't let me, it automatically shows that "the issue doesn't apply to this trip" (it is my exact issue though??). Perhaps the driver was mistaken, so I wouldn't take it up with him, but I cannot give that grace to Didi since they won't even let me report this, I can't even talk to a rep at all. Absolutely abysmal costumer service.

There is little I enjoy less than a change to an agreed price. That agreed price was substantially less than a competitor. At the end of a standard ride, it became substantially more. There were no changes to the destination, location of pick-up, and the flow of traffic. The driver was great; this is not a review of them. It was my first trip using Didi, and potentially my last. If I wanted a fluctuating price, I'd go back to using a taxi service.

Terrible experience, I got a ride and the driver pick up somebody else, started the trip without me, the app didn't allow me to report the driver or the trip by any chance, apparently it "started correctly" but then the driver cancelled the trip when he was almost at my destination. The worst thing, nobody helps you, the app just uses pre-recorded answers and there's no chance to contact a human or a virtual assistant.
