I made a reservation through Wego, received a booking confirmation, and completed the payment. However, shortly before my scheduled flight, I received an email stating that my booking was not confirmed. This last-minute cancellation caused me significant inconvenience, including financial loss and wasted time. I trusted your platform for my travel but you disappointed me ill never book with you again also anyone want to book i never advise you to book with wego they are the worst trust me .

They are not helpful at all, they asked me in the application to pay for the insurance company for refundable ticket after that they need me to deal with them. When I'm trying to deal with the insurance company, they are not responding to my calls, and secondly, on their site, you can't put your phone number. When I deal with application for something, they need to complete their service.

it's just like scam. in the wego websight price shows with 2 baggage included but when you try to book they will say no baggage include or instead of 2 they will say just one baggage is allowed and when you call them they will tell you very high price. It's scam and games to fool the people.
