How many times do I have to cancel orders that were accidentally accepted?! The app overlays the screen where my keyboard typing is occurring, so it puts the accept button right under my fingers mid-sentence! Why can't you implement a 2-click confirmation? Same goes for the decline button... no prompt! And why do you hide the drop-off addresses? I can't plan my pickups very well if the drop-off points are a mystery. (Yeah, we shouldn't have to do screen captures for every offer either!)

Let us turn off "Display over other apps" for crying out loud. We all know how to bypass it, so just turn it off so we don't have to keep making extra steps. If you're waiting for an offer, you get bored and use Insta or play a game. When an offer comes in, it shows the money and the miles over the app but you have no idea where you have to go and it's impossible to get back to the Uber app before accepting or declining. I will forever bypass this until it's gone.

The app overlay is actually infuriating. I've had to cancel orders because as I'm writing a message to a current customer a new order will pop up mid sentence & my finger was already on the screen! No chance to review the offer, just accepted. & some of them have been heinous (+$5 for what turned out to be 23miles extra?!) I've contacted support a few times & it's apparently everyone's first day & they have no idea what I'm talking about or just keep repeating "it will be fixed after 100 trips"
