About 2 weeks ago, critical problems appeared in the service. I have 3 different gadgets with different internet networks, and the app doesn't work correctly on any of them. The key problems are that you can't log in to your account, and where you logged in earlier, you can't control your smart devices. I repeat, all devices have different networks (different WiFi, different mobile networks) and the Internet is stable, but the problem is only with this service. It needs to be fixed urgently.

Ever since the recent change it's glitchy and unreliable. It demands I have Bluetooth connection to the lights all the time when previously just being on wifi gave me control of it. The switches have been glitchy and not following their timers. Please REVERT back to how it was. UPDATE: months later since the above review and it's only gotten worse. the smart plugs never turn on and off when they are supposed to. I mean like EVERY DAY, no matter the resetting methods used. the worst app and sys.

This app has great potential, but a few issues hold it back. It lacks a log feature to track device usage, which is essential for monitoring. Additionally, thereās no option for system notifications when a device turns on or off. While SMS and call alerts require a subscription, charging for basic notifications feels unreasonable. These features should be standard.
