Just tried booking a trip for the first time and credit card payment was declined twice. The credit card info was correct with more than enough funds available. It saved the booking reference for a short time, but no ticket was issued. While looking up how to contact customer service, the booking was canceled. Now have to start again with no idea if my credit cards will be accepted. Hopefully this get resolved asap and I'll update the review. Update: finally booked with KLM. Lost luggage. 1 star

for the most part it's fine but there are two UX issues, one of which makes it seem like the app is broken. the add document button isn't a button and doesn't stand out so at a glance, it looks like there's no way to add passport. the other issue is that the passport scanner doesn't work if you fit the text to the box. you have to pull back quite far to have the scan work. this was on an Android.

I am very upset as I saw a very good deal and wanted to pay the extra money to keep that price for a day but when I went to purchase they kept saying "something went wrong" and it kicked me out of the booking space. The I had to start the booking process all over and the ticket price was at least $100 higher!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
